How the Minecraft Bedrock structure finder works

This free Minecraft Bedrock seed finder walks the generation regions around your coordinates and returns every supported structure within the chosen radius, sorted by distance. Enter the world seed and your X/Z position, optionally narrow the search to specific structure types, and press Scan. The coordinates come back as x ~ z so you can paste them straight into the game.

The scan runs against a native engine built on cubiomes and compiled to WebAssembly, so it runs in your browser and large radii with several structure types still finish in seconds. Because it works from the seed alone, it needs no connection to the world and no third-party seed map. Prefer to script it? Use the same engine over the REST API - see the API documentation.

Frequently asked questions

How do I find structures from a Minecraft seed?

Enter the seed and your player position, pick the structure types you care about and scan. SeedFinder lists each nearby structure with its coordinates and distance in chunks.

Which structures can SeedFinder locate?

Villages, desert pyramids, jungle temples, swamp huts, igloos, ocean ruins, shipwrecks, ocean monuments, woodland mansions, pillager outposts, ruined portals, ancient cities, buried treasure, mineshafts, trail ruins and trial chambers.

What does the radius mean?

The radius is measured in chunks (one chunk is 16 by 16 blocks). A larger radius searches farther from your position and finds more structures, but takes a little longer.

Do I need to install anything to use the seed finder?

No. The browser console runs the scan entirely in your browser with WebAssembly. Nothing to download, no account and no key.

Can I see the structures inside Minecraft instead of a browser?

Yes. Use the Flarial Client, an alternate Minecraft Bedrock client, and install the SeedFinder module from the GitHub releases page. It lists nearby structures in an in-game overlay, sorted by distance, so you can play without keeping a browser open next to the game.
