There is a single address: contact@mineseedfinder.com. I read every message. I try to reply within a few days, but there is no support desk and no guaranteed response time.

SeedCracker: a search that did not work

Run the search that went wrong and let it finish. When it finishes, a feedback box opens by itself. Rate it and write what you saw: what you expected, what came back, and the seed you tested in game.

A rating of one or two stars offers "Send with diagnostic", which attaches the settings you used and what the search returned, so the run can be reproduced. Read the box before sending: you can edit or delete anything in it, and the message only goes out when you tick the box that agrees to the diagnostic and press Send.

That report is the fastest route for SeedCracker, and it does not ask for your e-mail address.

SeedFinder and BlockFinder

There is no feedback box on those pages, so write to the address above. Include the page address, the seed and coordinates if the page used them, your browser and its version, and what you expected to see. If the page showed an error, paste the exact text. For BlockFinder, add your Minecraft version and whether you play with Sodium, plus the screenshot you used if you are comfortable sharing it.

Ads and privacy

There are no ads on this site today. If ads are added, the privacy policy is updated before the first ad runs, and the update will name the provider and explain how to opt out. For anything about your data, such as what is stored, a copy or a deletion, write to the same address and say what you need; the privacy policy lists what the site keeps and what stays in your browser.
